Meet your estate planner

Kara Rademacher works with individuals and families to create dynamic and effective estate plans. She is sensitive to her clients’ values, and strives to devise estate plans that honor these values while still meeting important estate planning goals.

She is experienced in developing succession, asset protection and tax planning strategies, with particular skill in innovating estate plans for high net worth individuals. She is qualified to prepare gift and estate tax returns and has represented clients in a variety of tax matters.

In addition, Kara assists clients in all stages of the administration of trusts and estates.

Kara received her B.A. from Michigan State University in 2004. She then attended the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review, and received her J.D. cum laude in 2009. In 2016, Kara was awarded an Advanced Professional Certificate in Estate Planning from New York University School of Law.

Kara was honored as a Rising Star in the 2014-2022 Metro Editions of New York Super Lawyers. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
